The Ch\u00e2teau du Portereau is no stranger to the Nantes landscape. For over twenty years, from 2003 to 2024, the estate housed the head office of Maisons du Monde. When the brand left the premises, Benjamin Erisoglu, founder and president of Ben Touch Group, saw an opportunity: to transform this exceptional heritage into a place of hospitality worthy of its history.
The works lasted several months. The objective was to preserve the soul of the ch\u00e2teau while equipping it with the standards of a contemporary 4-star hotel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Today, Le Ch\u00e2teau du Portereau offers 26 rooms spread between the main ch\u00e2teau and the former pavilion, set in two hectares of parkland bordering the S\u00e8vre Nantaise. The estate includes a Franco-Italian restaurant, a spa, a heated swimming pool, a seasonal guinguette (riverside bistro), and a 200 m\u00b2 orangery that can accommodate up to 400 people for seminars and events.

With the Ch\u00e2teau du Portereau, the Ben Touch group adds a third hotel establishment to its portfolio, after the Ch\u00e2teau de Noirieux (Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux in Briollay) and its Shaman Spa. The Hotel and Gastronomy division thus completes its presence in the greater West, between Angers, Nantes and the Atlantic coast.<\/p>

The opening of Le Portereau confirms the group's diversification strategy, which was built on home renovation before expanding into hotels, gastronomy with the L'Attilio restaurants (Paris, Briollay, Vertou, Port Bourgenay), and investment in innovative projects.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
