At Bentouch Group, commitment isn't a communication strategy: it's an operational imperative that guides our investment decisions, industrial choices, and managerial practices. Since 2011, the year we established our own research laboratory, we have translated our convictions into measurable actions.

Our commitments are organised around four complementary areas: the environment, innovation, talent, and regions. Each addresses a responsibility that we fully embrace, as a group employing over 800 employees and present in several key sectors for the French economy.

Respect for nature

Our environmental commitment.

The environment is the first lens through which we evaluate our projects. We design products and services that lower our clients' ecological footprint while also reducing that of our own operations.

Pure water

Reduce water and energy consumption.

Our technical solutions are designed to durably limit the water and energy consumption required for the maintenance of treated surfaces. This is Technitoit's historical DNA, and it is now a framework applied to all the group's brands.

Investing in renewable energy.

We are committing significant resources to the deployment of renewable energy solutions, through Europe Energie and via our strategic partnerships with players in the energy transition such as Energy Observer.

Democratising ecology.

Ecology should not be a luxury. We are working to make environmental solutions accessible to the greatest number, demonstrating that they can also mean savings for households.

Anticipate the future

Our commitment to innovation.

Innovation is our driving force. It takes shape in the Smart Lab, our R&D centre, which develops exclusive processes with high environmental added value. It is also expressed in our digital investments, notably through Ben Touch Digital, and in the support given to pioneering projects such as E-Cassini or Energy Observer.

We believe that responsible innovation is the condition for our long-term competitiveness. This is why we dedicate significant resources each year to applied research and experimentation.

Bentouch Group is deeply rooted in the regions where it operates, beginning with Maine-et-Loire, where the group's headquarters is located. This local embeddedness is reflected in active support for the local economic fabric, through partnerships with regional stakeholders and a purchasing policy that prioritises French suppliers and craftsmen whenever possible.

This territorial commitment is inseparable from our project: by growing our regions, we grow the group.
