It is at the very heart of this laboratory that products with low environmental impact are conceptualised, developed and industrialised.

The Smart Lab It doesn't just innovate; it designs and manufactures renovation solutions. Coloured water repellents (registered with the INPI), anti-moss treatments, or waterproofing solutions: each product is formulated by the laboratory, then tested under real-world conditions before being applied by specialised technicians on the sites of the group's companies.
This unique positioning of Manufacturer-applicator On the French home renovation market guarantees complete traceability, from the chemical formulation right through to the final application on the roof. The water repellents from the laboratory have already protected more than 400,000 roofs and facades in France, offering a guarantee of up to 15 years.
