Born in Campania, nurtured by the greatest establishments in both Italy and France, including eleven years with the Joël Robuchon group, L'Attilio's cuisine bears a unique signature. From Paris to the Loire Valley, each location embodies this cuisine of emotion that fuses Italian tradition and French gastronomy with rare precision and generosity.

From Campaign to Robuchon, from Robuchon to independence.

L’Attilio draws its roots from Campania, from the aromas of family ragù, fresh herbs, and garden vegetables. The house was forged at the Four Seasons in Milan under Sergio Mei, then at Joël Robuchon's Atelier Saint-Germain, for eleven decisive years. It was there that the rigour of French haute cuisine blended with a deep Mediterranean sensibility – leading to two Michelin Guide selections, at Jean and at L'Atelier Robuchon.


Independence came naturally. L'Attilio is the most personal expression of this dual culture: a cuisine faithful to its Mediterranean roots, resolutely contemporary, guided by the seasons and the demands of the produce.

Our cuisine is first and foremost a story of meaning and seasons. We work with produce with respect, seeking to reveal its true nature rather than transform it.

PARIS — 8TH ARRONDISSEMENT

The sweet life on Faubourg Saint-Honoré.

Inaugurated in December 2023, L’Attilio Paris is located at 184, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, in the 8th arrondissement. Across 300 m² spread over four levels, the establishment offers a complete gastronomic universe:

  • On the ground floor, the’Gourmet Grocery and the Patisserie — Italian products of excellence and French finds, selected directly from the best producers.
  • On the first floor, the Bistro and the Bar — Generous French cuisine with Italian inspiration, lunches freely composed in the spirit of trattorias.
  • On the second floor, the Gourmet Restaurant Tasting menus in 5 or 7 courses, a fusion of French traditions and Italian generosity.
  • On the top floor, a Private room with a view of the kitchen for exceptional moments in complete privacy.

BRIOLLAY — VAL DE LOIRE

A Michelin selection in the heart of the Loire Valley.

Within the Château de Noirieux, a few minutes from Angers, L'Attilio Briollay embodies an expression rooted in the Anjou terroir. Here, the menu is written according to the seasons and the estate's vegetable garden: free-range poultry, garden vegetables, Loire fish, aromatic herbs picked daily. Local produce meets Attilio's Mediterranean sensibility for precise, seasonal, and generous cuisine.

The restaurant occupies the historic dining room of the Château — wood panelling, fireplace, subdued lighting — and opens onto a panoramic terrace overlooking the valley when the weather is fine.

Two formulas coexist: the Bistro menu (from Monday midday to Tuesday evening, Wednesday to Saturday midday, Sunday evening) and the Gastronomic menu in 5 or 7 courses (Wednesday to Saturday evening and Sunday lunch).

VERTOU — VINEYARDS OF NANTES

L'Attilio's table, between vineyards and the Sèvre.

Opening in May 2026 in the heart of Château du Portereau, L'Attilio Vertou is the Chef's latest venture. Located on the ground floor of the château, overlooking the park and just a stone's throw from the Sèvre Nantaise, this restaurant celebrates subtlely Italian-influenced fine French cuisine, crafted from seasonal produce sourced from local producers.

Two indoor rooms and a south-facing terrace create moments of life, simply. Among the signature dishes: Vitello Tonnato, Pike-perch with white butter, Sole meunière, Sea bream carpaccio.
