Launched in 2021 in Les Ponts-de-Cé by building experts with over 20 years of experience, Mister Toiture is shaking up the renovation sector. Its concept: to put the same products used by professionals into the hands of individuals, at accessible prices, with à la carte support at every stage of the project.

Today, Mister Toiture has 20 branches located throughout France.

Mister Toiture draws on the industrial expertise of the Bentouch Group – particularly the formulations developed by the Group's R&D laboratory, the Smart Lab, based in Angers – to offer professional-grade water repellents, anti-moss treatments, roof paints, and waterproofing products. Each product is designed and manufactured in the group's French laboratory, then applied by teams trained in-house, without any subcontracting.

The difference: these products are sold directly from the network's 22 branches, with no intermediaries, at prices that the general consumer market had not previously offered. The coloured water-repellent, available in 7 shades, offers guaranteed protection for up to 10 years. The anti-moss treatment, formulated without bleach or acid, acts persistently with rainfall to prevent vegetation regrowth.

Mister Toiture covers four complementary areas to protect and enhance your home:

Roofing – High-pressure cleaning, moss removal, residual anti-moss treatment, coloured or colourless water repellent, tile replacement and ridge repair.
Facade – Moss removal, cleaning, and facade water repellency with a 10-year guarantee.
Isolation – Insulation of uninhabitable and habitable attics, roof ventilation to improve thermal comfort and reduce energy expenditure.
Roofing accessories – Installation and replacement of gutters, roof windows, ventilation elements.

Each intervention is carried out by RGE (Reconnu Garant de l’Environnement) and Qualibat certified teams, with contractual guarantees of up to 15 years.

Since its creation in 2021 with a first agency in Carquefou (Nantes), Mister Toiture has experienced meteoric growth. In five years, the network has grown from 3 to 22 agencies across the country: Angers, Brest, Quimper, Vannes, Pornic, Laval, Le Mans, Royan, Cognac, Valence, Mâcon, Grenoble – and new openings are planned.
