The Hospitality and Gastronomy division embodies another facet of the Bentouch Group's project: to bring to life and pass on the French art of living through exceptional establishments, restaurants curated by a great chef, and wellness spaces designed for disconnection.

Established in 2022 with the acquisition of Château de Noirieux, this group has rapidly expanded to become a veritable collection of prestigious hotels and restaurants.

Four brands currently structure the hub, each with its own uniqueness – a château, a new establishment on the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise, a wellness signature, and a network of gourmet restaurants managed with a renowned chef.

Château de Noirieux

Refined Anjou.

Twenty minutes from Angers, in the Loire Valley, the Château de Noirieux and its 15th-century manor house host a 4-star hotel at the heart of a nine-hectare century-old park. For a stopover, a romantic weekend or a family holiday, the establishment offers the absolute tranquillity of the Anjou countryside and the beauty of the Loire Valley.

Gourmet restaurant, lounge bar, wellness area, heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi, and a hedge maze: each space is an invitation to refined French luxury.

Château du Portereau

The new Loire jewel.

Inaugurated in spring 2026 after a ten-million-euro investment, Château du Portereau is the latest addition to our collection. Located in Vertou, on the outskirts of Nantes, on the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise and set within two hectares of parkland, this four-star hotel offers 26 rooms spread between the château and the former pavilion.

The establishment features a Franco-Italian restaurant by L'Attilio, a spa, a heated swimming pool, a riverside guinguette on the banks of the Sèvre, and a 200 m² orangery dedicated to seminars and events, capable of hosting up to 400 people. A new benchmark address in the greater West.

The Attilio

Attilio Marrazzo's gastronomy.

L'Attilio is the gastronomic signature of the group, led by chef Attilio Marrazzo. Born in Naples and trained in the finest establishments in Italy and France – notably under Joël Robuchon – the chef champions a cuisine of emotion, true to his Italian roots and resolutely contemporary. Four addresses bear the mark today.

  • L'Attilio Paris – at 184 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré (8th arrondissement), a gourmet restaurant spread over several ambiances: delicatessen and pastry shop, bistro and bar, gourmet restaurant and chef's table.
  • The Attilio Briollay – within the Château de Noirieux, the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant, which draws from the estate's kitchen garden and the finest Anjou produce.
  • The Attilio Vertou – the new Franco-Italian restaurant at Château du Portereau, opening in spring 2026.
  • L’Attilio Port Bourgenay – in Vendée, a panoramic table installed in the marina of Port Bourgenay – Opening Spring 2026.
