Habitat &
Heritage renovation.
«We have built four complementary brands so that no homeowner feels alone when facing their renovation project – whether they need a new roof, solar panels, professional products, or simply good advice.»
Preserve, renovate, transform French housing.
The Housing & Heritage Renovation division is the historic heart of Bentouch Group. Since Technitoit was founded in 2002 in Angers, we have built an ecosystem of complementary brands dedicated to a single goal: making renovation accessible, efficient and sustainable. Four brands, over 100 branches, 1,200 employees mobilised every day in the field.
With four complementary brands and over 1200 employees, Bentouch Group has established itself as a key player in the French home renovation market.
When we design what we install, we guarantee what we promise..
What sets our hub apart in the French renovation landscape is the integration of the entire value chain. The Smart Lab, our R&D laboratory created in 2011, designs exclusive processes – water repellents, surface treatments, insulation solutions – which are then manufactured by us and applied by our teams or our franchisees.
This end-to-end mastery isn't a commercial argument: it's the condition of our standards. When the same group formulates the product, trains the technician and oversees the site, the result is traceable at every stage.
Every renovation project deserves the right solution.
7 million energy-inefficient homes in France: we're making it our business.
Energy renovation isn't a fad, it's an emergency. With millions of poorly insulated homes, France needs actors capable of scaling up without sacrificing quality. This is precisely what our franchise model allows: a dense territorial network, continuously trained teams, proven processes, and the capacity to operate across the country.
Since 2002, our teams have renovated over 500,000 homes. Roofing, facades, insulation, heating, ventilation, carpentry, solar energy – each intervention helps to reduce household energy bills and the carbon footprint of France's building stock.
