at Ben Touch
Commercial property / Commercial land (M/F)
You are the first point of contact at Ben Touch for thousands of individuals. Every week, you visit homeowners with concrete renovation projects and support them right up to the signing.
Your daily routine:
- You receive qualified appointments and you prospect around your sites to generate new ones
- You meet with individuals in their homes, assess their needs, and propose a suitable solution.
- You lead the negotiation, you draft the contract, and you ensure the follow-up until installation.
- You participate in fairs, exhibitions and shopping galleries to develop your portfolio
Commercial Attaché (M/F)
You sell solutions that reduce your clients' energy bills: solar, heating, insulation. The market is buoyant, appointments are provided by head office, and the earning potential is high.
Your daily routine:
- You take care of the appointments provided and you prospect around the reference sites.
- You advise individual homeowners on solar, heating, and insulation solutions.
- You are overseeing the project from initial contact to contract signing.
- You represent Europe Énergie at trade fairs and exhibitions in your sector
Agency Animator M/F
You have proven your sales ability. You energise sales teams in the field. This role puts you in charge of a team of field sales representatives, with your own development objectives.
Your daily routine:
- You are developing your own portfolio of private clients alongside your role as manager.
- You lead your team's sales, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- You recruit, train and support your sales representatives on a daily basis.
- You organise commercial promotions: trade fairs, open days, on-site operations
Branch Manager (M/F)
You manage your own profit centre. Recruitment, performance, customer satisfaction: it all goes through you. It’s a director-level position within a group that gives you the resources to succeed.
Your daily routine:
- You manage the commercial activity and profitability of your agency
- You recruit and upskill your teams.
- You are responsible for your geographical sector's growth targets.
- You are responsible for customer satisfaction within your scope.
Agency Assistant (M/F)
You are the agency director's right-hand person. Without you, nothing runs smoothly: files, scheduling, invoicing, client relations. A key role for those who like everything to be in order.
Your daily routine:
- You manage the physical and telephone reception for the agency
- You are responsible for customer invoicing and managing financing files.
- You coordinate installation schedules and monitor site progress.
- You produce the reporting and maintain administrative rigour
