Your daily routine:

Head Chef & Sous Chef (M/F)
You carry the gastronomic signature of Chef Attilio Marrazzo. You design the menu, you lead the brigade, you guarantee the quality of each dish.
Your daily routine:

- You guarantee the consistent quality of the dishes and the smoothness of the service.

You are responsible for your section of the kitchen. You prepare, plate, and send out the dishes for your area, and you train the commis chefs who work with you.

Commis Chef & Commis Pastry Chef (M/F)
You're starting your career in a brigade led by a Robuchon student. Preparation, cooking, plating, pastry: you learn from the best and progress quickly.
Your daily routine:
- You ensure implementation and preparations
- You prepare meals, do simple plating and baking.
