Setter / Applicator (M/F)

You are a specialist in roofing and facade renovation. You work on individual houses, at height, with strict safety regulations. A position for those who don't have vertigo and who like a job well done.

Your daily routine:

You carry out roof and façade renovations for private individuals.
You apply cleaning treatments and water repellents to surfaces.
You are changing the insulation, replacing the gutters and fitting the roofing elements.
You will work in pairs or teams, with the equipment provided by the group

Facade painter (M/F)

Facade renovation, rendering, painting: you transform the exterior appearance of houses. You work in pairs, you’re independent on your building sites, and your experience in the construction industry helps you progress quickly.

Your daily routine:

We carry out facade renovations, plastering, waterproofing, and painting (External Thermal Insulation/Render).
You work in pairs on individual house construction sites
You will participate in roofing and loft insulation projects as needed.

Solar Panel Installer Technician (M/F)

Solar is recruiting. You will install and maintain photovoltaic panels and heat pumps. A job for the future, with comprehensive training from the start.

Your daily routine:

You fit and install solar panels on the roofs of detached houses
You are working on heat pump installations.
You ensure the upkeep, maintenance, and commissioning of the installations
You apply the safety rules on every construction site

Technical Manager (M/F)

You supervise installation teams, you are responsible for the quality of sites and for the skills development of your installers. A management position accessible through internal promotion.

Your daily routine:

You manage and lead the installation teams
You guarantee the quality and safety of the construction sites.
You support the progression of each erector on your team

I arrived as an installer-applicator without a construction diploma. I was trained, supported, and today I manage my own team. Here, the field opens all doors.
