Head of Research and Development (M/F)

You manage the group's R&D strategy and the Smart Lab. You bridge the gap between on-site needs and product innovation, and you lead the industrialisation of solutions.

Your daily routine:

You define the R&D strategy and manage the laboratory team.
You connect field feedback to innovation projects
You are driving the industrialisation of new solutions

R&D Engineer (M/F)

You design and formulate new group solutions. You test, characterise and develop industrialisable processes. A position for scientific profiles who want to see their work applied.

Your daily routine:

You design and formulate new surface treatment solutions
You characterise and test products in the laboratory.
You are developing reproducible and industrialisable processes

Technician – Applicator (M/F)

You are at the interface between the laboratory and the field. You test products in real-world conditions and contribute to their improvement.

Your daily routine:

You are carrying out the field application tests
You test the products in real conditions
You relay your observations to the laboratory for continuous improvement

Laboratory Technician / Formulator (M/F)

You prepare, characterise and control laboratory formulations. Precision, rigour and quality control are at the heart of your work.

Your daily routine:

You are preparing and characterising the formulations
You conduct the laboratory analyses
You ensure the quality control of samples and productions.

Quality and Regulatory Manager (M/F)

You guarantee that each product complies before it is launched onto the market. Regulatory monitoring, quality system, regulatory compliance: a key role in the innovation chain.

Your daily routine:

You guarantee the compliance of products with current standards.
You are responsible for monitoring legislative and regulatory developments
You are managing the quality system of the laboratory
